Hughes in line for bonus if QPR stay up

Mark Hughes will reportedly be in line for a £1m bonus if he can save Queens Park Rangers from relegation this season.

The Welshman was announced as the new boss of the West London side yesterday following Neil Warnock's dismissal.

Hughes has signed a two-and-a-half-year deal worth around £10m according to reports, making him one of the best-paid managers in the top flight.

QPR are currently 17th in the Premier League, one point off the relegation zone.
