Mark Hughes reminds Queens Park Rangers that their Premier League fate is in their own hands.

Queens Park Rangers manager Mark Hughes has urged his side to focus on themselves instead of other teams in the league.

The Hoops are three points clear of the relegation places at present, but could find themselves in the bottom three with a defeat to second-from-bottom Wolverhampton Wanderers at the weekend.

Speaking before the match, Hughes reminded his team that their Premier League fate is in their own hands.

"We're aware of what's going around us, in terms of the fixtures, but you can't look too far away from your own camp," he told the club's official website.

"From our point of view, it's of paramount importance that we focus on ourselves. If we get the job done, then we'll be fine.

"If you worry too much about what others are doing, you might come unstuck, so we'll focus on ourselves and get the points we need."

Hughes, who took over from Neil Warnock last month, has led his side to one win, one draw and one defeat in the Premier League so far.
