Queens Park Rangers are believed to be in talks with Ealing Council over transforming Warren Farm into the club's new training facility.
The former Championship side have been open about their plans to switch to a new stadium and improve the West London side's training complex.
It is understood that co-owners Tony Fernandes and Amit Bhatia are in discussions to take over the space in Osterley, according to the Daily Mail.
For the location to provide the best modern facilities for the Rangers players, it is believed that the Malaysian tycoon will fork out up to £6m to renovate the area.
