Queens Park Rangers head coach Chris Ramsey has heaped praise on winger Matty Phillips, who set up both their goals away at Sunderland last week.
The 23-year-old struggled to get into the team under previous boss Harry Redknapp, but he has started both of the last two matches and has clearly impressed Ramsey
The manager told the club's website: "The good thing at the moment is that we have got Matty Phillips on fire. He had two assists the other night and we know that, if we provide chances, we always have a hope of slotting one."
Philips joined QPR from Blackpool in 2013.
