Queens Park Rangers boss Harry Redknapp insists that if any of the players do not work hard to turn the club's season around, he won't think twice about dropping them.

New Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has insisted that he is ready to drop players if they are unwilling to work hard for the club.

The former Tottenham Hotspur boss was confirmed as Mark Hughes's replacement on Saturday and the 65-year-old has stated that the players are to blame for QPR's position at the bottom of the Premier League table.

"We have to do better to have a chance of getting out of this mess," said Redknapp. "It is going to be full on for everybody, I need people who work.

"I learnt at school you work hard and run about, if they put in that effort we have a chance of surviving. If they don't I will find 11 players who do."

The West London side have taken just four points from 13 games this season.
