Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has called on his players to give "blood, sweat and tears" during Saturday's derby with Fulham at Loftus Road.
The bottom-placed R's are eight points from safety in the Premier League table and they go into the match still looking for their first win of the season.
"We're at home in a London derby, we've got to give everything we've got," Redknapp told the club's official website. "We've got to give blood, sweat and tears tomorrow to see if we can get that win.
"The fans will be with us. It will be a really good game with two teams wanting to win, hopefully. We've got to want it more than they do and, if we do that, we've got a chance."
Saturday's opponents Fulham are currently in 13th place in the standings.
