Sports Mole looks ahead to QPR manager Harry Redknapp's first meeting with Tottenham Hotspur after getting sacked in the summer.

Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp will come face to face with his former club Tottenham Hotspur for the first time this weekend since getting sacked from White Hart Lane last summer.

The Premier League sides go head to head at Loftus Road with each club in different circumstances - the R's are struggling at the bottom of the table, while Spurs are sitting in third place, six points adrift from last year's champions Manchester City.

The last time these two clubs met at Loftus Road was towards the end of the 2011-12 season and Redknapp, who was in charge of Spurs at the time, succumbed to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of QPR, who will be looking for a similar result under Redknapp's leadership this Saturday.

QPR are likely to line up with Jamie Mackie up front and Adel Taarabt providing service from behind the striker, while Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas is expected to welcome back Gareth Bale into the side and a starting spot could be on the cards for Clint Dempsey.
