Fulham are believed to have turned down a bid from Queens Park Rangers for striker Andy Johnson.
The West London side, who have already hit the headlines with a reported £5m bid for Blackburn Rovers defender Chris Samba, have stepped up their interest in the Cottagers frontman.
It is understood that Fulham have rejected a bid following an enquiry from Neil Warnock, according to Sky Sports News.
The 30-year-old has reportedly been considering his future at Craven Cottage and it is believed that two other clubs are in the race for the forward's signature.
