Montpellier HSC chairman Louis Nicollin has denied suggestions that the club are in the market for Queens Park Rangers striker Djibril Cisse.
The 31-year-old, who joined the R's from Lazio in January 2012, is one of a number of players expected to leave Loftus Road following their relegation to the Championship.
"Cisse? No, it is out of the question. I don't want a guy who plays DJ in bars," Nicollin told Midi Libre.
"It will not be Cisse or anyone else. We will play with [Emanuel] Herrera and [Gaetan] Charbonnier who are already at our club. We don't need forwards, it is in defence that we need to take care of matters."
Cisse spent the second part of last season on loan at Al-Gharafa.
