Report: Queens Park Rangers sign Yossi Benyoun

Yossi Benayoun will sign for Queens Park Rangers, according to a report.

Queens Park Rangers have reportedly won the race for former Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal midfielder Yossi Benayoun.

The 33-year-old has been without a club since his release from Stamford Bridge in the summer.

According to talkSPORT, the Israeli international has turned down moves to Getafe, Olympiacos, Crystal Palace and West Bromwich Albion to link up with Harry Redknapp at Loftus Road.

Benayoun had to end a season-long loan spell at West Ham United, another of his former clubs, prematurely in December because of an injury.

He has recently been training in his homeland with former club Maccabi Haifa.
