Rangers winger David Templeton has criticised the coaching of former managers Ally McCoist and Kenny McDowall.
Stuart McCall was named Rangers manager in March, replacing McDowall after McCoist was sacked in December.
"I don't think we were being coached the right way. We weren't going into games working on the stuff we should have been working on," Templeton told the Daily Record.
"Going into games knowing what you have to do definitely helps and that showed in the Hibernian game two weeks ago.
"We changed the formation and shut out their midfield, their most creative part. That showed with the result."
Templeton started just eight games under McCoist this season, but has broken into the starting XI under McCall.
