The visitors made a good start and duly took the lead through Little after he was put behind the Albion defence and coolly rounded David Crawford and slotted the ball into the net.
Rangers almost doubled their lead when Ian Black found David Templeton who tried to lift the ball over Crawford but his effort went just over the bar.
Stirling were struggling to get to grips with the Ally McCoist's side and Little was denied his second of the game by Crawford from a tight angle.
Lee Wallace spurned another Gers' opportunity just before the break but he lost his composure at the last second after being teed up by Dean Shiels but he blasted the ball over.
Rangers paid for their missed chances minutes after the restart as Forsyth levelled for Stirling when he headed Kieran McAnespie's free kick beyond the reach of Neil Alexander and into the net.
Francisco Sandaza was inches from giving Rangers the lead as he fired a shot at goal which beat Crawford but was hacked off the line at the last second by Mark Ferry.
McAnespie came close to putting Stirling ahead with a free kick but Alexander was there to make a good stop to palm the ball behind as the game ended all square.
