Jem Karacan has claimed that the Reading squad aren't feeling the pressure of not registering a Premier League win this season.
The Royals have struggled since their return to the top flight of English football but Karacan believes that the club have enough quality to improve their form in the near future.
"There's no pressure," the midfielder told the Windsor Observer. "We've all been dreaming about the opportunity to play in the Premier League. I know I have since I was a kid.
"We know we've got quality, we see it day-in day-out on the training ground, but we've still got a lot of improving to do.
"We've got a little break now. Some of the boys will recoup and others will go away on international duty."
Reading only have three points from their opening six league matches.
