Centre-back Pepe has been included in the Real Madrid squad for tonight's El Clasico meeting with Barcelona at the Nou Camp.
The Portuguese international made the headlines in last week's opening leg quarter-final match between the two sides when he appeared to deliberately stamp on Lionel Messi's hand.
Pepe has since stressed that the incident, which was missed by the officials, was an accident.
The Spanish Football Federation revealed on Monday that they will not be punishing Pepe for his actions.
