Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane reportedly had to sit out a number of training sessions last month, with a long-standing knee problem still troubling the Frenchman.
Varane has played the last 12 games for Los Blancos due to injury problems for both Pepe and Sergio Ramos.
However, according to AS, Varane missed at least four sessions during February after his knee became troublesome with a period of regular football.
The centre-back had a knee operation in May 2013 and it is understood that he still struggles with pain in the surrounding area.
The 21-year-old has continually been linked with a move to the Premier League this season.
