Tuesday's La Liga predictions including Real Madrid vs. Alaves

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's La Liga fixtures, including Real Madrid vs. Alaves.

Osasuna vs. Mallorca (Tuesday, 6.30pm)

Mallorca will be bidding to make it back-to-back victories in Spain's top flight when they head to Estadio El Sadar on Tuesday evening to face Osasuna.

The visitors are currently 15th in the La Liga table, nine points clear of the relegation zone, while Osasuna occupy 13th, boasting 40 points from their 35 league games this season.

We say: Osasuna 1-1 Mallorca

Eight of the last 12 La Liga matches between these two sides have finished level, and we are expecting the points to be shared once again on Tuesday night. Mallorca have only won once on the road this season, but they have drawn seven times, and we are predicting another stalemate here.

Real Madrid vs. Alaves (Tuesday, 8.30pm)

Real Madrid will be aiming to record a ninth straight victory in La Liga when they continue their domestic campaign at home to an in-form Alaves outfit on Tuesday night.

Los Blancos, who were confirmed as champions earlier this month, will enter the match off the back of a 4-0 win over Granada, while Alaves impressively held high-flying Girona in their last match.

We say: Real Madrid 3-1 Alaves

Alaves will enter this match in excellent form, and we are backing the Basque team to give their supporters a goal to cheer on Tuesday night. Real Madrid are so difficult to stop at the moment, though, and the capital giants should post their 29th league win of the season here.

Girona vs. Villarreal (Tuesday, 9.00pm)

Girona's battle to secure second position in the La Liga table will continue on Tuesday evening, when they welcome European-chasing Villarreal to Estadi Montilivi.

The home side are currently second, two points clear of third-placed Barcelona, while Villarreal occupy eighth position, four points from seventh-placed Real Betis.

We say: Girona 1-1 Villarreal

This is a really tricky match to call, as Girona have the third-best home record in La Liga this season, but Villarreal have been solid on their travels and are in strong form. We can see the points being shared on Tuesday evening, with Villarreal good enough to avoid defeat against Michel's side.
