Real Madrid midfielder Xabi Alonso admitted that he was disappointed with a point after his side's goalless draw with Valencia on Sunday.
Los Blancos are now just four points ahead of Barcelona in the Primera Division table following the stalemate at the Santiago Bernabeu.
"We are obviously disappointed," Alonso told reporters. "We expected to get the three points.
"It is very important to win all of our games at home, but we must focus on the next match now. We are still ahead, no matter how many points we led by before.
"There are still two games before the Clasico at Camp Nou, so that is what we will be focused on."
Next up for Jose Mourinho's side is the short trip to local rivals Atletico Madrid on Wednesday.
