Alvaro Morata has talked of his joy at being brought back to Real Madrid this summer after two years away from the club.
Los Blancos re-signed the 23-year-old striker from Juventus last month when activating a buy-back clause in his contract.
Morata impressed during his stint in Turin, scoring 15 goals in Serie A in total to help the Italian giants to back-to-back titles, and believes that he returns to the Bernabeu as a more mature player.
"It is a day of great joy for me. I'm back at home. It has been two long years and a long wait to return," he told reporters at his unveiling on Monday. "I thank those who have trusted me. Sometimes you have to mature. I have come to give my life, as I have always done."
Morata has since been linked with a move to both Chelsea and Arsenal, with Madrid possibly looking to immediately cash in on the striker, but that now appears unlikely due to a lack of new signings arriving at Madrid.
