Angel Di Maria expected to miss four weeks

Real Madrid midfielder Angel Di Maria is expected to be sidelined for up to four weeks with a thigh injury.

The 24-year-old is thought to have had a recurrence of the problem which recently kept him out for six weeks, according to Spanish newspaper Marca.

The Argentine sat out of Madrid's 1-1 draw at CSKA Moscow on Tuesday following his substitute appearance in a 4-0 win over Racing Santander at the weekend.

Di Maria has scored six times in all competitions for Madrid this season.
