Jude Bellingham emulated former England and Real Madrid star David Beckham in Thursday's 3-0 win against Mallorca in the Spanish Super Cup semi-finals.
Bellingham was unable to find the net in his first taste of the Spanish Super Cup in the 2023-24 campaign, although he did provide an assist in the 4-1 win over Barcelona in the final.
One year on from that triumph, Bellingham opened his Spanish Super Cup account to help Real Madrid ease to a 3-0 victory in Thursday's semi-final clash with Mallorca in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
Bellingham showcased great composure to pass the ball home after Rodrygo had struck the post with a header and Kylian Mbappe had been denied by Dominik Greif in the Mallorca goal.
Los Piratas rarely looked like getting back in the contest, before Real Madrid found the net twice in quick succession in stoppage time, courtesy of a Martin Valjent own goal and a close-range Rodrygo finish.

Bellingham emulates David Beckham achievement
Not only did he help Real Madrid set up a final against Barcelona, but Bellingham also joined an exclusive club with his goal just after the hour mark.
The Real Madrid star followed in Beckham's footsteps by becoming just the second Englishman to find the net in the Spanish Super Cup.
Beckham became the first English player to net in the Spanish Super Cup when he troubled the scorers in the 2003 edition - back when the competition was simply a two-legged affair between the La Liga champions and the Copa del Rey winners.
Like Bellingham, Beckham's Super Cup goal also took place against Mallorca, netting the third goal in a 3-0 second-leg victory to help Real Madrid overturn a 2-1 deficit from the away leg.

Bellingham's goalscoring form continues
As a result of his goal in the semi-final, Bellingham has now scored in seven of his last nine competitive appearances for Real Madrid.
Overall, the England international has scored nine goals and provided seven assists in 23 matches in all competitions this term.
Brimming full of confidence, Bellingham will look to continue his rich vein of form in Sunday's Clasico final against Barcelona.
Real Madrid will be seeking revenge in Sunday's showdown after suffering a heavy 4-0 defeat in their most recent meeting with Barcelona in October.
