Atletico Madrid's Koke brands Real Madrid rival Cristiano Ronaldo a "faggot"

Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke reportedly brands Real Madrid rival Cristiano Ronaldo a "faggot" as the two clash during Saturday's derby.

Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke got involved in a war of words with Real Madrid rival Cristiano Ronaldo on Saturday after reportedly calling his opponent a "faggot".

The Madrid derby ended in disappointment for Koke as his side were beaten 3-0, with Ronaldo bagging a hat-trick - his 39th for the Spanish giants.

According to Cadena Ser, Koke aired his frustrations at the three-time Ballon d'Or winner by branding him with the derogatory term, to which Ronald replied: "I might be a faggot, but a very rich one. Arsehole."

The result of the derby gives Real a four-point advantage at the top of the La Liga table, while Atletico reside sixth, nine points adrift of the top spot.
