Jose Mourinho disappointed with Real Madrid fans

Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho has criticised a lack of support for his side following their 1-0 win at Rayo Vallecano.

Only a small number of fans turned out for Los Blancos, despite the match being played in the Vallecas neighbourhood of Madrid.

"What makes me sad is that we were playing in Madrid and we only had 300 fans in the stands," Mourinho told reporters.

"I understand that they may not want to go to Bilbao or Malaga, but this match was played in Madrid. The fans have to give us a bit more support."

The win has kept Mourinho's side on course for their first La Liga title since 2007.
