Santos coach Muricy Ramalho believes that Neymar is already one of the best five players in world football.
The 20-year-old is one of the most sought-after youngsters in the game since breaking into the Santos side in 2009, and has been linked with moves to Real Madrid and Barcelona.
"Neymar is an outstanding player. He is already one of the top five players in the world, along with Lionel Messi, Xavi, Andres Iniesta, and Cristiano Ronaldo. He will be just the way he is when he is 30 because that is just his way," Ramalho told TV Globo.
Neymar has scored 90 goals in 169 games for Santos.
