Zinedine Zidane has revealed that he would like to manage France in the future.
The 42-year-old, who won the World Cup and European Championship with Les Bleus during his playing days, is currently coaching Real Madrid's reserve side Real Madrid Castilla.
It has been suggested in Spain that Madrid are grooming the Frenchman to succeed current boss Carlo Ancelotti, whose long-term future at the Bernabeu is uncertain, but Zidane says that he is looking at other options.
"I will say it clearly, my objective and my ambition is to be the coach of the French national team," he told Canal+.
"When? Someday, I have time ahead."
Zidane won 108 caps for France between 1994 and 2006.
