Sports Mole looks at how Real Madrid could line up in Sunday's La Liga clash with Las Palmas at Bernabeu.

Real Madrid will be missing a number of important players for Sunday's La Liga contest with Las Palmas.

Vinicius Junior and Luka Modric are both unavailable for selection through suspension, while Fran Garcia needs to be assessed after being forced off injured in Thursday's 5-2 success over Celta Vigo in the Copa del Rey.

Eduardo Camavinga, meanwhile, has suffered a muscular problem, with the Frenchman also on the sidelines.

David Alaba has a slight chance of being in the squad for the first time since December 2023, with the Austrian in the latter stages of his recovery from a serious knee injury, but Eder Militao and Dani Carvajal remain long-term absentees.

Thibaut Courtois will definitely be back between the sticks, having been rested for the Copa del Rey fixture on Thursday, while Federico Valverde, Jude Bellingham, Rodrygo and Ferland Mendy should all be introduced back into the XI.

Brahim Diaz is expected to keep his spot in the final third of the field due to the absences, while Aurelien Tchouameni will be required in midfield, with Modric and Camavinga both out.

As a result, there should be another start in the middle of the defence for Raul Asencio.

Endrick scored a brace off the bench against Celta in the Copa del Rey, but the Brazilian is again expected to be among the substitutes for the contest with Las Palmas.

Real Madrid possible starting lineup: Courtois; Vazquez, Asencio, Rudiger, Mendy; Valverde, Tchouameni, Bellingham; Rodrygo, Mbappe, Brahim
