The summer transfer window has now begun, with rumours and speculation continuing to swirl as Real Madrid eye possible reinforcements.
Florentino Perez oversaw a significant overhaul of his squad last summer before focusing more on youth in January. As is always the case with Madrid, though, some of the biggest names in football continue to be linked, even in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest news of possible comings and goings at the Bernabeu.
Monday morning's Real Madrid transfer talk news roundup:
Manchester United 'will have to pay £109m for Jadon Sancho'
Manchester United will reportedly have to come up with an offer of €120m (£109m) if they are to sign Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund before the end of the summer transfer window.
The Red Devils have been strongly linked with the England international over the last few months but have thus far been unable to agree a deal with the Bundesliga giants.
United are still said to be pursuing the former Manchester City youngster despite the fact that the current transfer window will come to a close on October 5.
A recent report claimed that the 20-time English champions are remaining patient as they are hopeful of agreeing a cut-price deal for the attacker over the next week.
However, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, it is "€120m or nothing" for the 20-year-old, and BVB have "not received any new bid" from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.
Sancho was in excellent form for Dortmund last season and has also made a strong start to the current campaign, scoring once and providing two assists in three appearances in all competitions.
Liverpool, Real Madrid and Barcelona are also said to be admirers of the Englishman and could all bid for him next summer if he remains with Lucien Favre's team.
Eduardo Camavinga 'to join Real Madrid next summer'
Rennes youngster Eduardo Camavinga will reportedly join Real Madrid in next summer's transfer window.
The 17-year-old enjoyed an impressive 2019-20 campaign for his French club, scoring once and providing two assists in 36 appearances in all competitions.
The France international was expected to join Madrid this summer, but the financial impact of the coronavirus outbreak means that Los Blancos cannot afford to sign him in the current window.
Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be firm admirers, but according to Marca, the midfielder will be moving to the Bernabeu at the end of this season.
The report claims that Madrid have told Camavinga that they will be moving for him next summer, while the player has reiterated that he is only interested in joining Zinedine Zidane's side despite interest from elsewhere.
Camavinga has scored once and provided one assist in four Ligue 1 appearances this season.
