Alvaro Odriozola will reportedly return to Real Madrid at the end of the 2019-20 campaign as Bayern Munich have no intention of signing him on a permanent deal.
The full-back joined Bayern on loan during the January transfer window but has only made two appearances for the German champions since his mid-season arrival.
According to Sport 1, the Bundesliga champions are not interested in acquiring the 24-year-old's services on a permanent deal, meaning that he will head back to the Bernabeu this summer.
Odriozola, who has a contract with Zinedine Zidane's side until June 2024, joined Madrid from Real Sociedad in the summer of 2018.
The right-back has found it difficult to dislodge Dani Carvajal in the team, although he has contributed 10 assists in 27 appearances for the capital giants in all competitions.
Achraf Hakimi is also expected to return to Madrid this summer following a loan spell at Borussia Dortmund, potentially pushing Odriozola further down the pecking order.
