Danilo: 'Zero chance of leaving Real Madrid'

Real Madrid defender Danilo insists that he will not be leaving the Bernabeu this summer, despite struggling for form last season.

Brazilian defender Danilo has said that there is "zero" chance of him leaving Real Madrid this summer.

The right-back joined the Spanish giants from Porto last summer, but struggled to settle at the Bernabeu during his first campaign in La Liga.

It had been claimed that Real Madrid would allow the 25-year-old to seek pastures new this summer, but Danilo has insisted that he will still be with Los Blancos when the transfer window slams shut.

"All I see is rumours in the press. Anything concrete would go through my agents. And for something to happen Madrid would have to say they don't want me. I'm very happy in Madrid, the president is pleased with me and I am with Zinedine Zidane. The possibility of leaving is zero," Danilo told Globoesporte.

Danilo made 31 appearances for Real Madrid last season, scoring two goals.
