Radamel Falcao has distanced himself from a move to Real Madrid and insists that he is happy at AS Monaco.
The Colombian moved to the principality club for £55m in the summer, but Madrid president Florentino Perez claimed earlier this week that Falcao could be willing to switch to the Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the season.
However, Falcao, who is currently Ligue 1's top scorer with seven goals in nine games, insists that he is not thinking about his future.
"I can only thank Florentino Perez for what he's said," Falcao told reporters.
"But I must respect my current club Monaco, where I am feeling very well.
"I am very happy at Monaco. This is not the right time to talk about Real Madrid's potential interest in me out of respect for my current club."
