Croatia midfielder Luka Modric wants to finish his career with Real Madrid, according to a report.

Experienced midfielder Luka Modric is reportedly keen to finish his career at Real Madrid.

The 34-year-old has made over 300 appearances for Los Blancos since arriving from Tottenham Hotspur in 2012, winning four Champions League titles during his time at the Bernabeu.

Modric remains an important figure for Madrid, contributing two goals and five assists in nine La Liga outings during the 2019-20 campaign.

There have been suggestions that the Croatia international could soon seek pastures new, with Los Blancos said to be lining up offers for Chelsea's N'Golo Kante and Manchester United's Paul Pogba.

However, according to reports in Spain, Modric is ignoring the transfer speculation and wants to spend at least two more years with Zinedine Zidane's side before hanging up his boots.

Madrid moved to the top of La Liga with a 2-1 win at Alaves on Saturday afternoon.
