Real Madrid goalkeeper Keylor Navas has said that he is keen to remain at the Bernabeu next season.
Navas struggled for minutes under Julen Lopetegui and Santiago Solari but has been used between the sticks since Zinedine Zidane returned to the club.
The Costa Rica international continues to be linked with a move away from Los Blancos, though, with the club expected to make big changes in this summer's transfer window.
Navas, however, is 'hopeful' that he will be able to stay at Madrid heading into the 2019-2020 season.
"I'm very happy, grateful to God for giving me the chance to be here," Navas told reporters. "Whenever I get the opportunity to play I do the best I can. I hope I can stay at Madrid next season. I have a contract and we have to wait and see if anything changes there."
Navas has made over 150 appearances for Madrid since a 2014 move from Levante, winning one La Liga title and three Champions League crowns during his time at the club.
