Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has hinted that the club will not bring in any more signings this summer after declaring himself "really satisfied" with the current squad.
Los Blancos have been quiet so far in the summer transfer window, bringing in just one new player - Alvaro Morata from Juventus in a £25.5m deal.
Perez, speaking after Madrid's 3-2 extra-time win over Sevilla in Tuesday's European Super Cup final, revealed that further signings could be made if circumstances changed, but is happy with the quality on offer heading into the new campaign.
"Up until August 31 anything can happen, but we're really satisfied with the players that we've got," Eurosport quotes him as saying. "It's very difficult to improve our squad. We've got an extraordinary squad.
"We've got the best players in every position, as was seen at the European Championship."
As well as bringing in returning player Morata, Madrid have also offloaded Jese Rodriguez and Denis Cheryshev during the off-season to Paris Saint-Germain and Villarreal respectively.
