Real Madrid have reportedly failed with their latest attempt to sign Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain.
With less than two weeks remaining of the summer transfer window, Neymar is still yet to seal a move away from the Parc des Princes, despite being left out of the club's first-team plans until his future is resolved.
Real, Barcelona and Juventus are all said to be in the running for the 27-year-old, although it appears that a transfer remains far away from completion.
According to L'Equipe, Real have recently failed with a proposal of £100m plus Keylor Navas, James Rodriguez and Gareth Bale.
Regardless of whether a bid had been accepted or not, the latter is allegedly against being included in any deal which would see him aid Real's efforts to sign another star player.
Barcelona are reportedly attempting to put together a loan agreement with an option to buy next summer.
