Real Madrid have a pact with Paris Saint-Germain over the future signing of Kylian Mbappe, according to a report.
Zinedine Zidane's side have been long-term admirers of the French superstar and are desperate to eventually land their man.
El Chiringuito report that the Spanish giants have already paid £35m towards the future transfer, with the ultimate fee totalling £244m.
The French World Cup winner has previously hinted that his future may lie away from Paris, the club he joined from Monaco in 2017.
Since making that switch from the Stade Louis II, Mbappe has added a further two Ligue 1 titles to his trophy cabinet - as well as the Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue in 2018.
On an individual level the 20-year-old won Ligue 1 Player of the Year in 2019, as well as the 2018-19 Ligue 1 Golden Boot.
The young star, who has scored 62 goals in 91 games for PSG, is currently out injured with a hamstring problem and will miss his side's crunch Champions League match with Real Madrid on Wednesday night.
