Real Madrid have reportedly added Borussia Dortmund midfielder Giovanni Reyna to their list of targets for next summer.
The Spanish giants endured an uncharacteristically quiet transfer window this summer, not spending anything as they instead focused on offloading players in the wake of the coronavirus lockdown.
However, they are expected to undergo a significant overhaul of their squad in 2021 with a number of their current stars now beyond the age of 30.
Kylian Mbappe, Eduardo Camavinga and Erling Braut Haaland are understood to be the main targets for that revamp, and the Daily Mail reports that Haaland's Dortmund teammate Reyna has now been added to Zinedine Zidane's wish list.
Mbappe is the eldest of that quartet at just 21, with Haaland having taken European football by storm despite being only 20, and 17-year-old duo Camavinga and Reyna considered among the brightest prospects around too.
Reyna, who is the son of former Manchester City and Rangers midfielder Claudio Reyna, broke into the Dortmund first team last season and has begun the new campaign in fine form.
The teenager has scored two goals and set up four more in just five appearances across all competitions so far in 2020-21, including a hat-trick of assists in his last outing.
