Real Madrid are reportedly tracking Miguel Almiron at the Copa America with a view to making a move for the Newcastle United attacker.
The 25-year-old joined the Magpies from Atlanta United in a club-record deal in January, thought to be worth £21m.
Almiron is currently on international duty with Paraguay and has performed well during his side's opening two matches, creating six chances in total - twice as many as any of his teammates.
According to a report carried by TyC Sports, Almiron has caught the eye of Madrid officials and they will continue to keep tabs on him across the duration of Paraguay's participation in the quadrennial competition.
Madrid have already spent big this summer to bring in Eden Hazard, Eder Militao, Luka Jovic and Ferland Mendy.
