Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has insisted that he is "happy" with Dani Ceballos amid suggestions that the midfielder could leave the Bernabeu in the January transfer window.
Ceballos, 21, joined Madrid last summer off the back of an impressive Under-21 European Championships with Spain.
The midfielder has only started twice in La Liga this season, however, and it has recently been reported that Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are preparing January moves for the midfielder.
Zidane has claimed that he is pleased with Ceballos's form after the Spaniard appeared off the bench in Wednesday's Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund.
"I'm happy with him, he did very well and it's not easy to come on during a game. Together with Marcos [Llorente], he gave balance to the team. In terms of minutes, he's available to the team and I ask that everyone makes themselves ready," Zidane told reporters.
Ceballos has scored twice in nine Madrid appearances this season.
