Real Sociedad have announced that they have appointed former Manchester United boss David Moyes as manager.
Moyes has been heavily linked with the vacant position at San Sebastian for a number of days, but reports earlier on Monday had suggested that the 51-year-old declined the role.
However, La Real have now confirmed that the Scot has signed on with the Spanish club in a contract that runs until June 2016, and the ex-Everton boss will be unveiled on Tuesday.
He will succeed Jagoba Arrasate after he was dismissed last Saturday as the Spanish outfit - who played in the Champions League last season - sit 15th in La Liga.
Moyes, who spent 11 years with the Toffees, has been out of work since April after being sacked by United following an ill-fated nine-month stint at Old Trafford.
