Reims head coach Jean-Luc Vasseur has admitted that Benjamin Moukandjo's recent form could earn him a starting spot in the near future.
Moukandjo has scored after coming off the bench in the last two games, and Vasseur claims that the Cameroonian forward is one of a number of players who could be given more playing time soon.
"He is sending me positive signs and if he continues he will be rewarded," the Reims boss told reporters after Moukandjo's late goal earned his side a 1-1 draw against AS Monaco on Friday night.
"We can't play the whole season with the same 11 players. November is complicated.
"We have players on the bench who need to rest and with whom I was satisfied not long ago. Now I am hoping we can finish the calendar year well. I have a large squad full of quality."
Moukandjo joined Reims from Nancy on a two-year deal in the summer.
