Ross County have recorded a narrow 1-0 win against Hibernian in today's Scottish Premiership clash at Victoria Park, thanks to Richard Brittain's penalty in the second half.
In the sixth minute, Liam Craig attempted an ambitious long-range shot for the home side, but it flew wide of the target, while just two minutes later, Jason Cummings's effort was saved by Mark Brown.
Hibs would continue to pressure the home side in the early stages of the first half, but struggled to get many shots on target.
As half time loomed, the Staggies exerted pressure of their own as Yann Songo'o headed just over, before another effort struck the Hibs post.
In the second half, Ben Williams had to be at his best to thwart an attempted chip from Brittain.
The home side were given a penalty after Jordan Slew was brought down just after the hour mark, and Brittain made no mistake from the spot.
Hibs tried desperately to pull a goal back, and came close several times through Jordon Forster, but the Countymen held on for the win.
The result puts Ross County in seventh place, overtaking Hibernian who are eighth.
