Sheffield United are reportedly lining up a £17m bid for Olympiacos midfielder Mady Camara.
Blades boss Chris Wilder is known to be looking to bolster his squad in the January transfer window, particularly in midfield so that he can ease the burden on Oliver Norwood, John Lundstram and John Fleck.
SDNA reports that the Guinean international, who usually occupies a more defensively-minded role at the base of the midfield, is their top target and they are planning a bid of £17m.
The 22-year-old, who featured against Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League earlier this season, was previously a target for Watford, and the Hornets had an £8m bid for the player rejected last summer.
Should the Blades manage to sign the former Ajaccio midfielder, it could hasten the rumoured exit of Mohamed Besic, who has made just five league appearances this season.
