Sheffield Wednesday boss Carlos Carvalhal has challenged his team to show more "fight" following their 1-1 draw with Reading.
The Owls picked up their fourth point of the season last night as Modou Sougou's late goal earned them a share of the spoils at Hillsborough.
Despite seeing his players come away from the match without a defeat, Carvalhal admits that they performed below the standards that he expects of them.
"It was not a good night, but we won one point - we didn't lose two points," he told BBC Sport. "It was a game when Lewis Price did not have much work to do. It wasn't a good match.
"A lot of players were not at the same level they usually play. They controlled the game in the first half and we lost a little confidence. To have a little luck, we must fight."
Wednesday return to action on Saturday when they face Leeds United at Elland Road in the league.
