Sheffield Wednesday boss Dave Jones feels that his side's win over Millwall was "big" in their fight against the drop.

Sheffield Wednesday manager Dave Jones believes that his side's win over Millwall was huge in their fight against relegation from the Championship.

Chris Maguire scored a late winner for the Owls to move them six points clear of the relegation zone with five games to play this season.

Jones told reporters: "Everybody's done their job, certainly in the second half. In the first half I was disappointed with the way we started but our first goal settled us down.

"Every win in this division is a big win. But we've still got to keep driving on and get as many points as we possibly can until it is mathematically certain we are safe."

Wednesday take on Leeds United in the Championship on Saturday.
