Sheffield Wednesday manager Dave Jones has claimed that a lack of concentration cost his side following Sunday's 1-0 defeat at Cardiff City in the Championship.
The Owls had the measure of their opponents at the Cardiff City Stadium before Craig Conway struck in the 80th minute to give the hosts the win.
"They worked so hard but that has happened to us too many times this season when they've worked hard and had that lapse of concentration at certain times in the game," said Jones.
"That is four or five times that has happened to us and today was another one. Unfortunately they took that chance when it came around and we didn't."
A sixth consecutive defeat for Wednesday has left them in 23rd place in the table.
