The FA Cup hero is one of two changes for the Latics' trip to Sheffield Wednesday, where they hope to win their first game this month.

Scottish striker Shaun Maloney misses the game through illness, and is replaced by James McClean, while Roger Espinoza drops to the bench.

Sheffield Wednesday have made two attacking changes, with Atdhe Nuhiu and Chris Maguire starting in place of Jacques Maghoma and Gary Taylor-Fletcher, who has returned to parent club Leicester City after his month on loan.
