Preview: Southampton vs. West Ham United

Sports Mole previews West Ham United's trip to Southampton in the Premier League on Sunday.

Southampton and West Ham United will both be looking for their second league wins of the season when they meet on Sunday.

The hosts have not won since the opening day of the campaign, drawing against Sunderland and losing at Norwich City in their last two matches.

West Ham were also beaten in their final match before the international break, when Stoke City left Upton Park with a 1-0 victory.

Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino has no new injury concerns ahead of the match at St Mary's. England striker Rickie Lambert could make his 200th appearance for the club if he is selected to play.

West Ham frontman Andy Carroll has been ruled out for several months with a foot injury, while new signing Mladen Petric is not yet match fit.

Joe Cole, Stewart Downing and George McCartney will also miss the game through injury.
