Southampton manager Ronald Koeman has suggested that Nathaniel Clyne needs to hurry up with regards to his future.
The England international has been heavily linked with a summer move to Manchester United, and he fuelled rumours further by admitting that he wants to play Champions League football.
Koeman has insisted that the club want to keep hold of the 24-year-old, but claims that he needs Clyne to make a decision sooner rather than later.
"We are talking to Clyne and his agent," Koeman told BBC Radio Solent. "We can't wait until the end of the season.
"It's not like we need to know today or tomorrow but we are talking to them and we will try to do everything to keep the player but you need both parties for that."
Clyne's contract at St Mary's will expire in 2016.
