Southampton have decided to reject a bid from Inter Milan for Pablo Osvaldo, according to a report.
The Italian club wanted to sign the striker on loan, but The Mirror claims that Saints have turned down their offer.
Osvaldo joined the club last summer from Roma in a deal thought to be worth £14m, but has struggled to show his best form.
Earlier in the week, Inter's sporting director Piero Ausilio insisted that the club had no intention of making a bid for Osvaldo as they were not looking for a new striker in the transfer window.
