Spain defender Sergio Ramos has said that he expects Portugal to prove a "difficult" test in the semi-finals at Euro 2012.
The defending champions, who beat Group D runners-up France to progress to this stage, will now face the Portuguese for a place in the final after Paulo Bento's men beat the Czech Republic earlier this week.
"This Spain team have taken a step forward," he said. "We showed what we are all about and we are in the semi-finals now.
"We can't rest on our laurels. Portugal have done well to get to the semi-finals, so it will be difficult."
Ramos made his 90th appearance with Spain against the French.
