Kyle Walker has admitted that he is "gutted" to be missing England's Euro 2012 campaign this summer.
The Tottenham Hotspur defender was not included in Roy Hodgson's 23-man squad because of a toe injury.
Despite revealing that he is disappointed to be staying at home, Walker has conceded that there was no way he could have featured for the Three Lions.
"Gutted to miss out but going with a broken toe would've been no good to anyone...I know the boys will go all the way! All the best," he wrote on Twitter.
The 21-year-old has earned two caps for the senior team.
